How are Yardistry products shipped?
Most of our structures are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight due to their size and weight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and the product will be delivered curbside on a pallet.
Do I need to apply a sealant to my wooden gazebo or pergola?
Our products come pre-stained with a water-based stain. To maintain the beauty and structural integrity of the wood, we recommend applying a water-repellent sealant within 3 months of assembly and annually thereafter.
Is assembly included with my purchase?
Our products are designed for DIY assembly and include detailed, step-by-step instructions. While we do not provide direct installation services, we partner with third-party assembly professionals in many regions.
What is your return policy for large outdoor structures?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been assembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Yardistry warrants all components against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, with a 5-year limited warranty specifically covering lumber rot and decay.
Are your structures engineered to withstand snow and wind?
Yes, our gazebos and pergolas are engineered and tested to meet specific snow and wind load ratings. Please refer to the individual product specifications for the exact ratings of your chosen model.
